Patches
An AI layer that restructures the internet around user behavior.
PROBLEM
Today, the internet is built the same way for everyone, even though people have different goals, priorities, and workflows. Users waste time navigating cluttered interfaces to find what they need and often struggle to adapt to software that was not designed around them. Existing solutions require editing pages manually and focus on blocking content or automating tasks, instead of fundamentally personalizing websites and applications.
PRODUCT
Patches is essentially an AI layer for the internet. Using prompts, users can easily personalize websites around their behavior and priorities, with Patches automatically applying CSS “patches”. It can highlight important information, remove distractions, and reorganize interfaces without actually modifying the site itself. Over time, Patches learns how users work across platforms and automatically adapts webpages to fit their workflows, making the internet feel truly yours.

03 / HOW I BUILD
Start with the problem
My goal is to eventually launch a successful startup. When creating products, I like to start with a problem that I or my friends are facing. I usually ask friends to review my ideas and use ChatGPT or Gemini to plan out the idea and how to build it.
Ship early
I prefer getting a functional version (MVP) into people's hands and learning from it, rather than over-engineering something before it exists. I try to ship a version of the product within 2 weeks, even if it's not representative of the long-term vision.
Iterate and learn
After launching the MVP, I iterate on the product based on user feedback and my vision for the product, adding features and improving the product as I go. Along the way, I learn new technologies and systems that I wouldn't have learned otherwise.
04 / ABOUT
I’m a Computer Science student at Purdue University interested in software engineering, AI, and startups. Most of my projects start with a problem I find interesting and end with me figuring out how to make the idea actually work.
